Titop Island is the home of Titop Mountain, one of the highest points in the area. There is also a lovely beach, which hit the spot after the hot climb!
But not actually climbing, we took the stairs.
I won't bore you with how many times I had to stop and rest, how hot it was, how sweaty I got, or anything like that. Let's just assume I made the journey quickly and easily without even getting out of breath, and skip to admiring the views.
You can see all the boats filled with day trippers or overnight guests knocked around the bay. Ours is somewhere out there.

What does up must come down, so here we go.
After this climb, it was time to relax in the water. The water was perfectly warm. It was cool enough of be refreshing, but warm enough that you didn't hesitate to dive right in.
We took the tender back to our boat where the kayaks some of us ordered were waiting.
We then took an awesome kayak ride around the bay, skimming through a cave into a large interior pond. We were completely surrounded by tall rock covered in trees. And in the trees were tons of monkeys! It was really great. The sun was setting as we headed back, truly magical.
