At the married rocks we had some time to kill while waiting for the bus back to town, so a few of us walked around the cemetery right above the bus stop.
I'm not going to go into customs and such, if you're interested, go seek an authoritative source.
I will mention that the dude in the red hat is Jizo. You see him a lot in cemeteries, though usually very small. He is placed particularly for children who have been lost (children including infants, or those still born or even those aborted) Jizo is often dressed in a red hat, or some thing red, and are sometimes seen in groups.
