There is actually quite a bit more to Wat Pho than just the reclining Buddha. It's a large complex with many buildings and many other Buddha statues.

The temple was holding a fundraiser and people would donate to write on a wax tablet and then add it to the large candles that were being made. It was interesting tomwatch, though I could have done without the man making a constant plea on the microphone.

There are other parts of the complex, including a well respected massage school, but it was just too much for one day.
