On Miyajima Island we stayed at thr Miyajima Morinoyado hotel.

We had an 8 tatami mat room with a view of the ocean. Well, we mostly had a view of the aquarium, which was ok, because I got to watch the seal show!

Since we were staying in a Japanese style room, we were given a Japanese style breakfast. We spent a while staring at our trays.
Then finally I asked for rice and miso soup and they apologetically brought over another tray for us and some tea.
The hotel had a lovely onsen which you can bet I took advantage of!
